Weekly Rental Rates for Glas House St Agnes

Weekly rental price ranges 2025/2026

Low Season:  £675 to £775

Mid Season:   £800 to £1200

High Season:  £1225 to £1750

 

Weekly stays: Saturdays are our usual changeover days: Glas House is available to you from 3pm on arrival day and please vacate before 10am on your day of departure.

Short breaks: Outside high season short breaks are available by special arrangement.

Changeover clean and laundry: Deep clean costs and provision of fresh linen and towels for main beds (occupancy up to 4 people) are included in the rental price. 

Extra occupancy: £60 supplementary charge per stay for use of the sofa-bed to cover extra linen, towels and changeover costs.

Dogs: £35 supplementary charge per dog, per stay. 

Please send an enquiry quoting the dates you are interested in, number of guests in your party and whether you would like to bring your dog.

To secure a booking we require an initial deposit of one third of the total price. The remaining rental balance, plus a £150 refundable security deposit,  are due no later than eight weeks prior to your stay.
