Glas House St Agnes, 5 Wheal Friendly Gardens, Rocky Lane, St Agnes TR5 0AR is only five minutes drive from the main A30 route. Wheal Friendly Gardens is located on the upper side of a valley along a private grassy track.

Take exit onto B3277 signposted to St Agnes; Penwinnick Road |
Follow Penwinnick Road for @ 3 miles |
At mini-roundabout bear right onto B3285, Vicarage Road |
Follow Vicarage Road down through the village until you pass a cobbled area on your right and the St Agnes Hotel to the left - this area of St Agnes village is known as Churchtown |
Take the next left into Trevaunance Road (no road sign visible but sign posted to St Agnes Beacon); at this junction you will see St Agnes Bakery on the corner ahead to the right and the Church will be on your right |
Go past Wheal Friendly Lane on your right (in spite of what your GPS may say!) and then past Wheal Quoit Avenue on your left, then take the next road on your right - Rocky Lane - a steep road to the beach |
Wheal Friendly Gardens is about 400 yards down the very steep Rocky Lane on the right hand side and is approached via a grassy track (opposite the Little Orchard Village signed entrance on the left)- There is a gate part way along marked private, proceed through the gate and the car park is located at the end of the track. Glas House’s parking space is marked with a grey slate reserved parking sign. Glas House is straight ahead beyond the carpark, third lodge on the left, opposite to a small green hut. |
